Mangrove Web Development's 2018 Annual Report

Before running a digital agency, I worked at the Rockefeller Foundation in New York City. There, I helped to launch and guide a fellowship program designed to strengthen civil society by supporting young, up-and-coming leaders from across the country. The dozens of fellows came from nearly every walk of life — medicine, the military, nonprofits, government, and business.

On May 1, 2024, it became mandatory for public sector organizations, libraries and educational institutions in Manitoba, Canada, to comply with the Accessibility Standard for Information and Communication under The Accessibility for Manitobans Act (AMA). On May 1, 2025, the province’s private sector, non-profit organizations and smaller municipalities must also comply. As this deadline draws near, many organizations may be wondering if their websites are compliant with the AMA.
